Prohibited Conduct

Certain behaviors compromise the safety of the community and are grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent termination. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Posting false, misleading, offensive, harassing, obscene, or unlawful content.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity, age, or marital status.
  • Harassing, threatening, stalking, or intimidating any member through messages, calls, or outside contact.
  • Using the platform for commercial purposes - advertising, soliciting money, or promoting other websites or services.
  • Requesting or sending money, wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency to or from other members.
  • Attempting to interfere with site security, scraping profiles, uploading malware, or bypassing our verification systems.
  • Collecting or storing personal data of other users without their explicit written consent.
  • Sharing explicit or sexually suggestive images of anyone, including yourself, outside the private messaging rules.

Content Rights and License

You keep the rights to every photo, message, video, and profile detail you upload to Dating For Today's Man. By publishing content on the platform, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, translate, and distribute that content only for the purpose of operating and improving the matchmaking service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except where retention is required for legal records or ongoing investigations.

Service Disclaimers

Dating For Today's Man is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we operate a 6-step verification system and 24/7 US-based support, we make no guarantee that you will find a match, form a relationship, or reach marriage through the platform. Results depend on individual effort, compatibility, and personal circumstances outside our control. Specific features, availability, and response times may change without prior notice as we improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dating For Today's Man and its parent company, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost data, emotional distress, reputational harm, financial losses, or any disputes between members. Our total aggregate liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you paid to the platform in the six months preceding the claim.

Account Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account at our discretion for any violation of these Terms, failure to pay, suspected fraud, or conduct that endangers other members. Upon termination, access to paid features ends immediately, and unused subscription time is non-refundable except where required by law. Certain account data may be retained for up to 24 months for legal, safety, and regulatory purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
